- 14 oz. can buttermilk biscuits (do not get biscuits with butter)
- 1 rotisserie chicken ( 3 cups shredded chicken)
- 4 cups of H20
- 2 cans cream of chicken
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. chicken bullion granules *optional
- 1/2 cup mixed veggies or celery and carrots
Directions
In a stock pot, add cream of chicken, water, pepper and bullion granules. Cut biscuits up into small cubes and set aside. While bringing to a boil, add chicken. Once boiling drop in biscuit cubes, stir and reduce heat. Simmer for 15 min. and enjoy!
