I thought I would do a quick note on my favorite seasonings and where to find them. First I wanna talk about my major obsession with Mrs. Dash...as most of you know I'm not a big fan of salt. So if you are a heavy salter then, know when you make my recipes you will definitely have to add some extra salt. Mrs. Dash brand has a large assortment of seasonings for almost every recipe you could think of. My favorite ones are: garlic and herb, onion and herb and of course italian medley. These can be found anywhere...walmart, and most all grocery stores. Second staple in the spice cupboard is Natures season's, it is a one stop seasoning that can be put on everything...and I do. I literally sprinkle this stuff on everything!! It once again can be found anywhere and everywhere. And last but not least is No salt seasoning, this little guy comes from Big Lot's and it too is one you will add to everything. Oh and one other secret I keep in my cupboard is liquid smoke, it is a wonderful addition to veggies, soups, stews, etc...it gives it that cooked with bacon grease or soul food flavor without having to add any greasy fats. Need a quick dinner idea, take chicken breast or porkchop...drizzle with olive oil or spray butter and sprinkle with any of these
